Step 1:
At the Menu Screen, select your preferred language:

• Bahasa Malaysia
• English

Step 2:
Insert your MyKad into the Smart Card Reader slot. MyKad must be inserted with the Smart Card Chip first. A green light on the reader indicates that the MyKad is being read.

Step 3:
Validate your thumbprint. Place your right thumb on the thumbprint scanner. Your thumbprint image will be shown on the screen.

Step 4:
If your thumbprint verification is successful, your name will be displayed on the selection screen. Select your transaction by touching on the correct button:

• Register i-Akaun
• Statement Printing

For i-Akaun registration, proceed to step 5.

For statement printing, proceed to step 6.

Step 5:
System will check your account status.

Steps 5a and 5b will guide you on how to create your Activation Code for i-Akaun.

Step 5a:
If you do not have an i-Akaun yet, a screen with numbers will appear. You are required to create a 6-digit Activation Code for account activation.

Enter the same code twice to be able to proceed. The numbers must be exactly the same.

Step 5b:
Upon successful registration, you will see a screen reminding you to activate the Activation Code via myEPF website or the Internet Kiosk. Click on YES button if you want to return to Menu Selection Screen or NO button if you want to exit.

Step 6:
After selecting statement printing button at Menu Screen, this screen will appear indicating account verification is in progress.

Step 7:
After verification is successful, your EPF account statement will be printed out. Please pick up the statement in the slot in the middle of the kiosk.

Step 8:
Click YES button to return to Menu Screen, or NO button to exit.

Step 9:
Please collect your MyKad.
